Do I need a new router or special WiFi equipment?
No. WiFiPerks works with the WiFi network you already have. Customers scan the QR code, open your branded page, copy the password, and connect through their normal settings. There is no captive portal or hardware to install.
What happens when I change my WiFi password?
Simply log in, update the password on your WiFiPerks dashboard, and save. The page updates immediately. The printed QR code stays exactly the same, so you never need to reprint menus or table cards.
Can I use the same QR code on multiple tables?
Yes. You can download the generated QR code and print it on as many tables, menus, signs, receipts, or waiting areas as you like for that location.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. You can add additional locations to your account anytime. The first location is $9/month, and each additional location is $5/month. Each location has its own WiFi details, promotions, links, QR code, and click stats.
Can I see whether someone actually left a review?
WiFiPerks tracks the number of times customers click your review button. Because Google values privacy, they do not provide a way to verify whether an individual completed and submitted a review.
